Blacklight (blacklight.observer) answers one question about Hyperliquid and Polymarket wallets: could a follower actually copy this and still net money after copy-lag, fees, de-levering and market exposure? This endpoint gives AI agents the same answers over the Model Context Protocol.

find_copyable_traders | Which Hyperliquid wallets could a follower actually copy and still net money? Pre-filtered by copy-lag decay, de-leverage and skill-beyond-market-exposure, ranked by Realizability Score.technical descriptionList Hyperliquid traders that are actually copyable AND realizable for a follower, pre-gated by copy-lag decay, de-leverage, and alpha-vs-beta (NOT raw leaderboard PnL). Returns copyability tier, Realizability Score 0-100, risk grade, PnL, return, copy-lag tolerance. Use when you need vetted copy candidates, not noisy 'top trader' lists. | limit (integer), min_realizability (number){"limit": 10, "min_realizability": 30} |
find_vaults | Which Hyperliquid vaults look worth a deposit? Ranked on drawdown, Sharpe, operator skin-in-the-game and fees.technical descriptionList Hyperliquid vaults ranked by allocation-worthiness (Sharpe, drawdown, operator skin-in-game, concentration, fees). Vaults are deposit products. Returns verdict, risk score, CAGR, max drawdown, TVL, APR. | limit (integer){"limit": 10} |
find_pm_traders | Which Polymarket wallets have a copyable kind of edge at all? Most do not; the edge-family label says why.technical descriptionList Polymarket wallets with copyability classification (edge-family), PnL, edge-per-dollar, drawdown, category, invisible-maker volume. PM is structurally near-uncopyable; useful for edge-family research. | limit (integer){"limit": 10} |
analyze_wallet | One wallet, one honest read: copyable or not, Realizability Score, risk grade, and the binding reason.technical descriptionLook up a specific wallet's worth-copying read (copyability / Realizability Score / risk) by address. venue 'hl' (Hyperliquid) or 'pm' (Polymarket). | address (string), venue (string){"address": "0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000", "venue": "hl"} |
Realizability Score (rs, 0-100) = would the returns survive a follower: a product of gates (copy-lag survival, de-levered edge, skill beyond market exposure, regime, persistence). copyability_for_us = is the edge mechanically follow-able at all. risk_grade is a separate axis. A withheld score (rs: null, "Not scored yet") means we could not measure it yet -- not that it failed.

A plain GET from a non-browser client returns a small JSON descriptor (tool names, transport, this page). Browsers get this page.
limit is capped at 100. Use min_realizability to skip wallets that do not clear the bar.generated and matched/count; a score without its evidence base is the one thing Blacklight tries never to publish.No. The tools return research signals computed from public on-chain data: copyability, a Realizability Score and a risk grade with the reason behind each. They are not recommendations, and Blacklight has no view on what you should buy.
No. There are no write tools. The server never asks for a wallet connection, a private key or an exchange API key; it only reads data Blacklight has already computed.
No. The MCP endpoint is an open beta with no key. The separate REST API (/api/v1) is keyed.
The Hyperliquid roster is re-screened nightly and the Polymarket set on its own schedule; every response carries a generated timestamp. Cache results for at least an hour -- nothing changes faster than that.
Each tool call appends a timestamp, the tool name and the arguments to a usage log so we can see which tools agents actually use. No IP address or client identity is stored with it.
The ranked set is a screened roster, not every address. analyze_wallet returns found:false for wallets outside it; the web app at blacklight.observer can X-Ray any address on demand.
The Realizability Call is the same data written up daily: which wallets clear the bar and why most "top traders" do not. The full X-Ray of any wallet or vault is at blacklight.observer; browsable rosters at Hyperliquid traders, Hyperliquid vaults and Polymarket wallets.
